Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I most like the adjustable workflow for project management. This functionality has helped us greatly in the processing of internal processes

  • Great features. Works within Outlook. Incredible customer support. They take the time to explain the software to you. In fact, I am now able to customize some of the software on my own.

  • Cons

  • Out of the box reporting is a bit limited, relational hierarchy can be a bit tricky to get your head around at first, however has some excellent advantages once you do

  • Can be confusing. Some of the better features are not obvious.

  • Pros

  • Good communication, easy to use interface and happy to help account management team.

  • Very user friendly to use. Excellent Customer Support. Really AAA+. Always willing to go the extra mile.

  • Cons

  • Reporting dashboards are all well and good but the exportable reports do not offer enough of a visual representation of performance, it’s all excel.

  • The build component is awesome but would be even better if you could create a specific URL to your brand
