  • Pros

  • I am still very new in using Eway, but so far, my experience has beeen more than great. The team are amazing and very helpful, and most importantly easy to reach.
  • As much as i used it i find it quite easy to use and we can easily managed the invoice and track the activites and we can do time management and i personally love the UI and its recent update is wow.
  • An excellent programme for business corporations to exchange and share and save information in teams in small or big companies.
  • Cons

  • Application updates sometimes have problems after deploymentThere is a problem with the limitation for offlining the database, since it runs locally on the SQL Express server (local db).
  • Synchronization process is sometimes slow, produce many warnings and the informative mini window at the center of monitor is annoying when you are reading something.
  • The lack of ability to provide its models and menus with alternative display names/headings is disappointing.

  • The overall experience has been positive and does help us keep track of our donor database and donor amounts, which will help us create a capital campaign and other fund-raising opportunities.

  • Customer Service is the Absolut worst!!! I have never been treated with so much disrespect.
  • I have had to complain twice about the same technical issue. The problem takes weeks to get fixed.
  • Sometimes the grids can get complicated and hard to see, and sometimes it is difficult to look things up if you are unsure what the exact spelling of something is.
