  • Pros

  • Ease of use and customization. GDPR features are amazing.
  • Great contant and task management, great e-mail tracking - it simply does what I expect.
  • Cons

  • Application updates sometimes have problems after deploymentThere is a problem with the limitation for offlining the database, since it runs locally on the SQL Express server (local db).
  • Occasional application crash, some data fields are different from Outlook.

  • Google Contacts works great for our business to store all of our clients contact information. We use G Suite for email so all contacts are easily accessible.
  • Back-up is simple to upload and retrieve. This ensures that you never lose another business contact, and you can remain in contact providing good customer service.
  • Cons

  • You can't also edit (at least) the name and surname of your contact, so you lost context when you have to change to another page.
  • All of this reasoning is why I have not much to report on the negative front in regards to this particular software.
