Excellent software for Educational Institutes!

It's great software if you want to streamline your Sales & Marketing efforts & get the maximum enrolments!

Pros

The most important thing is the software is exclusively made for the Education Institutes to optimize their Sales & Marketing efforts in their peak days of the enrollment cycle. It has integrated system to capture the leads from all our channels & then system helps us to optimize it with the help of drip campaigns, integrated system of Chatbots, application forms, customized reports & analytics. Overall my counselors find it very engaging. I'm a great fan of their Mobile App. My team finds it very easy to use & thus I get the important updates on the mobile itself.

Cons

There is nothing as such that I don't like. Whenever we face any issue, we reach out to their Customer Succes Team.

This Software have multiple Pros: 1. Easy Customization 2. Robust Mobile application 3. In-depth Analytics 4. Marketing Campaigns 5. Easy Integration with ERP & Salesforce 6. And last but not the least awesome 24X7 customer support

need some work on Analytics and report loading otherwise, i am happy with the product

innovative software

It has been wonderful working with the entire team. the product has helped us streamline internal processes for the Outreach activity which in turn has brought clarity to the work and also the efficiency of the Outreach team. this has helped in focusing on potential admissions resulting in better conversion rate.

Pros

There was a great need sometime back for a CRM for managing the admissions to edu institutions. the run of the mill commercial CRM's couldn't fill this gap. Extraaedge is a perfect fitment to satisfy the need. Being started by a team of committed and passionate young entrepreneurs, their hunger to learn and adapt the product to meet the customer requirement is commendable.

Fast application

Extraaedge is very good software i liked this software we can filter the data and it will show re-enquired student details also overall it is very good software.

Pros

we can send messages and email at one time for minimum 5000 customers and we can send wats up messages also .

Cons

Follow up notifications and while we are doing follow up it is showing time and date so i liked this feature in this software.

Extra edge is a very good platform for effective tele calling sending mailers and messages

the best part about using this software is all the leads get integrated in no time from all sources priority can be set for calling important leads we can measure the amount of work that has been done on daily basis

Amazing Customer Service. You are never own your own

Pros

Nice Software with more features at this price point than any other CRM. Live Customer Support which is always there. Extremely driven team

Cons

Quite a few things can be done only from the backend.

Easy to Access

Its been a great and happy experience using this dashborad of extra edge.I would like to refer this for all.

Pros

All reports in one click. Easy to use. Filtering options is very helpful. You can view the calls scheduled as er dates.

Cons

it takes some time to extract report..,little time consuming.
