I like the feature where when I assign leads to counsellor then as per assignment rule the email communication goes automatically to the students through drip marketing.

I would like Extraaedge to give us the permission to customise report according to my requirements

Overall its the smooth and neat experience in terms of UI, Actions made and the response from EE team was quick for any query at anytime.

There are many aspects to like EE but mostly I like User friendly UI and the pop up message that reminds your follow-up.

Its fully equipped with the features but some time it5 may get an delayed actions while uploading leads.

Some of the features needed manual intervention which should be fully automised

Implementation was smooth , more value add features to be added . Service Support was excellent.
