Trend-setter!!

Effective and efficient servicing to our hotel clients and corporate companies.

PROS

eZee Technosys, one of the world's leading PMS software tech firms, defines any hotel's functionality needs with a user-friendly software interface and application to transcend one's inability to market and compete with 5-star establishments. Cloud-based applications and interfaces allows one on the go to update, sync all transactions with ease and effectiveness that at Airport View Hotel, an increased turnover & occupancy rates year in year out have been met with much appreciation.

CONS

Not to be insincere, i personally don't have a con to state and if i ever had, any other eZee user would state me wrong!!!

User friendly software with good support team

Completely satisfied with product and good cooperation from Sales, Integration and support team. But not happy with management as they change the policies very frequently and do not honor the given commitments.

PROS

It fits for the needs of vacation homes and tool is very easy to use.

CONS

Nothing specific, top management to be cooperative and honor their commitments. Avoid giving commitments if you could not able to stick with your words.

Not for a growing company

They promise a lot but you will never find delivery on promises. They advertise things on their website which is not even ready. One example is Airbnb two way connection. Its not yet ready but they have been advertising is on the website for a few months now. SMS gateway interaction is not yet ready, they have been advertising in website. DO NOT get caught. It is a big decision for hoteliers to choose right CRS as it is painful to keep moving from one to another. Save your time and stay away from this one.

PROS

Not flexible enough for growing companies. If you have a 4-5 room hotel, may be it work for you but all other claims are juts claims and have no connections with reality.

We have found the best HMS and channel manager for our hotel.

We have been utilizing eZee Optimus, Booking Engine, Channel Manager, and PMS for the last eight years, and we are content with the progress made thus far.

PROS

I was very happy with the customer service I received. The team was responsive, efficient, and resolved my issue quickly.

CONS

I am giving the service a rating of 4 out of 5 stars. The only area where I think there is room for improvement is in the call pick-up time. I would like to see calls answered within 2 rings.

Most affordable channel manager (especially if using Ezee Ultimate plan) and also most integration

I am very pleased for what I got with the price I paid for. Hopefully if there is problem with their integration, they can solve it with the third party directly, rather than directing us to solve it ourselves with the third party.

PROS

-Have many integration with other PMS,Booking Engine, OTA, etc. -Pricing is the most affordable (ezee ultimate plans 2-3% per booking) for small or starting accomodation because you only pay for what you get. -Support is 24x7 available

CONS

-Difficult to learn and use, too complicated -When there is integration problem, support team usually told us to solve it with the third party (the OTA) instead of them correcting and communicate directly with the OTA. Not really helpful

Excellent personalize service from our account manager-Parth

PROS

Less worry for overbooking, easy to update, saves time for more important tasks, hoped for update on more other bulk functions to make it save even more time. Someone available on support 24/7 in case something goes wrong.

CONS

There are still rooms for improvements, i.e: updates are slow sometimes, more training needed for some support team members, more manpower to process requests..etc

Awesome software

Easy to you and user friendly

PROS

I really like this software, mostly the reservation system and the channel manager, cashing centre, housekeeping and manager's reports

CONS

Some of the reports which is related to the government need to change up to the government's requirements, like green tax report, TGST report. I use to call always to Mr. Bhavesh, about the reports and other things, who is really helpful and he always attend the issues as soon as possible

Great software but...

Honestly, eZee team should left us manage our inventory like we want when having the all in one package. As a revenue Manager and Hotel's OTA Manager, i have troubles because not all access are given to me by easy and i have to go through support... But i like eZee because of his updates, and all the particular tools that helps us hotelier that you only find with ezee software

PROS

Really easy and very useful tool. Will recommend to all hotels

CONS

As an Advance User, at time i find it too long to always have to ask the support to do something i know i can.

This makes managing inventory really easy

Increasing my revenue.

PROS

Helped me to increase my bookings by registering with more OTAs. The customer support was really good as well. Sri Lankan team helped us alot.

CONS

I prefer if there are more OTAs to connect with and if there is someone to help us on registering with new OTAs.

The most I like about this software is yield set up functionality which is very useful tool for revenue management

CONS

The new version of eZee centrix doesn't look very mobile friendly if there is an iOS/ Android app it will make it easier for urgent close out and rate updates

Good software - Great Customer Service

The ability to quickly update prices / inventory or minimum nights on a Yearly view was a great function. The removal of it is a sad news.

PROS

Quick update of prices or inventory on a year view was a great option. Very sad it was removed.

CONS

The removal of the OTA Common Pool function in yearly view is not a smart move. This function allows for quick update of price or inventory over long periods. The default option to do this on a monthly basis only is constraining, time consuming and non productive.

As compared to other software, it is easy to use. Reports are easily available of the business & can be compared with the targets set.

CONS

The main problem we are facing is while running the promotion. I would suggest that there can some reports where it can show business before & after the taxes for a period required.

eZee is definitely a software that every property need to have

eZee Centrix is definitely making the price update,availability update faster because you don't have to login onto different OTA account. The support from the eZee Centrix is excellent. Our channel manager, rep is incredibly patient and always available to assist, regardless the time (sometimes I forgot the different time zone). The training session rep conducted for me was very clear. He really took his time to explain every feature, I wasn't really familiar with revenue management,so I was a bit slow and asked many questions. Thank you very much again! Overall, Excellence is the only word I can describe eZee Centrix!

PROS

Easy to use. I'm not familiar with pricing system and other features but I can get used to eZee pretty fast.

CONS

Not sync with Trip Advisor Rental Holidays. I still have to do it manually with the Trip Advisor :(
