Even your software lacks in many basic features. Cons: This software lacks in user- friendliness. It is not automated. Automatic assignment of leads to an user is missing so it is time consuming. It is manual completely. filters are also not working properly. Importing an excel is not an easy. It is complicated. Recent leads are sometimes not on the top. When an excel sheet is exported, it is not in proper format. Should be in PDF format also.
