Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Good communication, easy to use interface and happy to help account management team.

  • Very user friendly to use. Excellent Customer Support. Really AAA+. Always willing to go the extra mile.

  • Cons

  • Reporting dashboards are all well and good but the exportable reports do not offer enough of a visual representation of performance, it’s all excel.

  • The build component is awesome but would be even better if you could create a specific URL to your brand

  • Pros

  • Love that this is so easy to use every day! It's great for logging calls and keeping track of customer interactions, click to call is very convenient.

  • Its easy and simple. All the analytics are upfront and interface is user friendly. Keeps track of my calls, inbound and outbound. Also is something I would reccomend

  • Cons

  • Early on in using tenfold it crashed a few times for us and did not function in the way it should. Aside from that we are happy with tenfold and continue to use it.

  • Sometimes when I am taking notes on a call and another call comes in it will show up on the new call instead of the call that I am working on. Not every time but this happens sometimes
