  • Pros

  • This is helpful for setting up and troubleshooting issues on end points. And it is much cheaper price than competitors.
  • Ease of use for our company and our customers.
  • Cons

  • It is only for Windows-based machines, and there is no iOS or Android Expert client, which would let me administer my clients from my smartphone or tablet.
  • There is a lag when connecting, can take a few moments. Takes a few steps to let in the tech.

  • Quick, smart, and understandable Customer Support (lots of easy-access help and support on the site itself). The product is perfect for our company's needs.
  • It's immensely simple to use while still providing powerful analytics and customization. Vendor is cost-friendly and eager to help when needed.
  • Cons

  • The only complaint I have is when updates are made to the UI and there is no notice, so I click on buttons that did not previously exist.
  • The system does lack some simple daily admissions functions that are very common, such as a daily conversion reports, missed call tracking, inbound call tracking.
