Pros/Cons
Pros
- Very easy to use, the software is intuitive and the layout is very clean. I really like the visualizatio of money raised/committed with the ability to put a % chance per investor.
- I love the user interface; it is self-explanatory and easy to use. I also love the customer service; they have always been there when I needed help with something.
- What I love is this is built for purpose and easily customisable to your needs. As well as this [SENSITIVE CONTENT] went out of his way to give me feedback on my pitch and deck and this was amazing.
Cons
- When filling out the investor reports, due to having a plugin (Gramarly), I often-times have to re-write sentences which is annoying.
- Inconsistent UX / can be confusing at times. Some features change behavior with generation updates... quirkiness.
- I say this knowing that the majority of users that will use Foundersuite are start-up entrepreneurs, and as such, I severely doubt there will be any missed value due to complacency.
Pros
- Love the software and you get a lot for a free program. There are items that can be improved but overall really happy with what Stessa is offering to their customers.
- Just like the title suggests - so far so good. The customer support has been surprisingly quick and helpful.
- Stessa is an easy to use, online real estate management software that is reliable, easy to learn, easy to use and almost fun.
Cons
- So while this gets ignored by the real company buckets it is included in the 'all companies reports.
- There is no app for Stessa which makes it difficult to manage on the go.
- New product that is still missing some features. Have to jump through some hoops to account for sold properties.
