- We utilize all functions of free agent but the best part of this CRM is the ability to completely customize our portal to our specific needs without having to keep a lot of unused features.
- The service itself reflects the wonderful people who created it and work for the company. It is easy to use and super customizable.
Cons
- The only negative thing I found with this software is how many different times I have to put in peoples information in different areas. It should just transfer over.
- I used to complain about the email font - but they just fixed that and there are a lot of new options to make your email look professional.
Pros
- The product is easy to use and I really enjoyed being able to use the calendar tracking. I also like the feature of setting up post in advance.
- Fantastic email integration and good tools CRM like to recruit prospects and find new talent.
Cons
- They system picks random images and matches them with sentence fragments that make no sense. The tracking is extremely flawed and cannot be confirmed in any way.
- It's embarrassing to be in front of a customer and for it to take more than 1 minute for the app to load, and sometimes it takes much longer than that.
