  • Freshdesk has been a comprehensive and intuitive help desk solution for our organization. We have been impressed with its automation and reporting capabilities, as well as its user-friendly interface.
  • It has a really reliable interface and offers the best solutions for customer service. Fresdesk also has a possibility to manage several features like active cont.
  • Best customer service and dedicated agents, that's the best thing about Freshdesk. It helps you to manage multiple channels from a single dashboard.
  • Cons

  • We did not use any software before and we constantly got lost e-mails or forgotten requests because they were all handled through e-mail.
  • With their continued lack of responsiveness we cancelled our account after using the service for about a year.
  • The support and contact system for Freshworks/Freshdesk is as bad as it gets.

  • Webhooks are incredibly useful. Custom emojis are great for teams to develop a fun atmosphere.
  • A very good tool for effective communication with the different teams, leading to better performance and control over schedules and communication with agents who work from home.
  • What i like the most in this software is good in making estimating report of a project. This is so nice and help me so much all the time.
  • Cons

  • When te connection is down, the messages stay grey and after some minutes, they fail, so sometimes the internet connection come back and those failed messages are sent after the previous ones.
  • The only thing that I dislike is that I can easily get distracted by the notifications.
  • From keeping message history to other basic necessities, Slack charged for a lot of it. Comparing it to Discord, it cannot compete.
