  • Pros

  • Sales Rep was educated, nice, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Then the product was easy to use and solved what we needed.
  • In a shared work model, the ability to assign emails to yourself or other members of the team was extremely useful, to ensure we were not doing double-work or responding to emails at the same time.
  • Shared inbox is very useful to assign specific conversations or issues to the correct person to action. Templates and tags are also great to save time.
  • Cons

  • This has been a terrible onbaording process, terrible. Zero support, everything is by email and comitments made were not follwoed through.
  • In addition, it does have trouble loading every once in a while, and requires a hard reset.
  • Terribel support and onboarding proces. The handoff from sales to cusotmer supprot has bene horrible.

  • Our volunteers love Onfleet. Onfleet is amazing when it comes to best fit routes for all parties.
  • Amazing product and impressed with the ease of use and the ease of implementation. The product is intuitive for dispatchers and drivers.
  • On fleet has been a huge help to my business. It's robust, yet easy to use and the customer service is fantastic.
  • Cons

  • I dislike the fact that it wont sync offline, when my driver loose signal they have to wait until signal returns.
  • Also, it won't tell me whether there are errors with the upload until AFTER it has finished loading which can be hard to manage when I'm short on time.
  • The only complaints that we've gotten are about the Android app being buggy.
