  • Pros

  • Sales Rep was educated, nice, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Then the product was easy to use and solved what we needed.
  • In a shared work model, the ability to assign emails to yourself or other members of the team was extremely useful, to ensure we were not doing double-work or responding to emails at the same time.
  • Shared inbox is very useful to assign specific conversations or issues to the correct person to action. Templates and tags are also great to save time.
  • Cons

  • This has been a terrible onbaording process, terrible. Zero support, everything is by email and comitments made were not follwoed through.
  • In addition, it does have trouble loading every once in a while, and requires a hard reset.
  • Terribel support and onboarding proces. The handoff from sales to cusotmer supprot has bene horrible.

  • Not only are we saving money, but the ability of every user to search any order in the system and find important details like tracking numbers is is very helpful.
  • We are thankful we were able to get a new specialist who has been helpful, responsive and accommodating. ShipHawk's TSM platform, great imps specialist, and responsive support team are fantastic.
  • A great company that strived to incorporate and tailor their system as best as they could for our company's unique needs and desires.
  • Cons

  • Those items require working with much smaller, more specialized shipping partners that lack the technological infrastructure of a UPS and are very difficult to integrate with.
  • The only real con that I can speak of is that there are a couple of insignificant features that could be built out.
  • Terrible implementation team that spent a lot of time learning on the job.
