  • Pros

  • We love using this for syncing with Pipedrive - the implementation was easy. The powerful autoresponders are helpful as well.
  • Sales Rep was educated, nice, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Then the product was easy to use and solved what we needed.
  • In a shared work model, the ability to assign emails to yourself or other members of the team was extremely useful, to ensure we were not doing double-work or responding to emails at the same time.
  • Cons

  • This has been a terrible onbaording process, terrible. Zero support, everything is by email and comitments made were not follwoed through.
  • In addition, it does have trouble loading every once in a while, and requires a hard reset.
  • Terribel support and onboarding proces. The handoff from sales to cusotmer supprot has bene horrible.

  • Service and the support team - especially [sensitive content hidden] is outstanding - responsive, knowledgeable and very flexible with supporting us.
  • Whispir Rich Messaging platform that delivers Super consumer engagement and the best price.
  • It is very user friendly like you have all the access to the pages.
  • Cons

  • The errors when an SMS was failed to send is very generic. The templates prepared are very rigid and cannot be customized to our country's standard information (eg. phone number code).
  • User interface is a bit confusing, sometimes it’s hard to find the functions needed to use.
  • Whispir reporting feature should provide more details for the status of unsuccessful messages.
