Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It was easy to navigate and had a large storage capacity.

  • Price makes it very competitive. Easy to use and pick up Good pipeline tools that can be used for forecasting

  • Cons

  • The learning curve for customization was daunting. But, it was more than worth the time to train us all.

  • The only thing that could be better is better reporting capabilities within Goldmine. The price could be a bit better as well.

  • Pros

  • The interface is very intuitive and I love how the dialer is integrated into the lead page.

  • The software is easy to use, effective and allows me to personalize my outreach at scale - which is incredibly valuable

  • Cons

  • There are times when there are some bugs that will not load correctly. These, however, are addressed quickly.

  • It doesn't integrate with HubSpot, only SalesForce. Completely understandable but detracts a bit from the capabilities.
