フロントエンドの部分は使用していないので何とも言えませんが、自前のシステムとも簡単に連結できているので、これからも使い続けたいと思います。

電話交換器と社内システムの橋渡しとしてFullfreeを利用させていただいています。プログラムも簡単に組むことができ、ノントラブルで５年以上利用させていただいています。サポートも驚くほどスピーディーで助かります。

Cons:

特にありません。パソコンが壊れた時のライセンスがらみの操作が必要なのかな？ということで古いパソコンを延命し続けています。

Pros:

ＣＴＩソフトとして使っています。電話がかかってくると、瞬時にＰＣの画面にポップアップで発信者の情報（会社名・氏名・何回目の着信か、前回の着信日など）が表示されます。登録されていない電話番号の場合、電話番号検索サイトなどの結果を自動的に表示することができ、迷惑電話であることを事前に把握できるのも良い点です。また、着信履歴としても一覧表示できますので非常に便利です。対象のひかり電話を使っていれば、新たに基材を購入する必要がなく、ソフトの導入だけで使えるようになります。電話番号の登録は、着信があった際にポップアップ画面をクリックすると登録画面が表示されますので、簡単に電話帳の追加ができます。また、ＣＳＶ形式のデータも読み込めるので、私は顧客情報を定期的にＣＳＶで追加登録しています。

Cons:

着信があったときにポップアップで表示される情報をカスタマイズするのに非常に手こずりました。データベースとして使うことを前提としているため、構造が複雑になっているのだと思います。カスタマイズのテンプレートを何種類かダウンロードできるようになっていれば良いと思います。

会社で経験の少ない、また担当外のスタッフでも電話着信と同時に見つける検索履歴で概ねの判断が出来るため、全社員にも、お客様にもとても有効なツールです。　生花店での電話お問合せは1日10-50件ほどあり、「2時間前」「3か月前」など過去着信履歴からも瞬時に反応します。またGmailとの連携で自社メール履歴検索はコードの追加のみで出来るため、非常に簡単。2022年から自社DBに連結する際にはさすがに多少の技術は必要でしたがGmail連携で生花店であればおおよその内容を把握でき、コストパフォーマンスは非常に高いです。現在2回線に対応させています

Cons:

価格に対しての短所はありません。しいて言えば、朝パソコン起動時にアップデートの通知からアップデートを実行し、そのままにしておくといつも起動しているプログラムが起動しません。アップデート後はパソコンの再起動をすぐにすることを忘れないようにしています。

任意のフォルダにアクセスできることでデータベースとフォルダを連携して使える。階層データや、別テーブルからの参照が自在に組めることが優れている。

Cons:

参照先テーブルを検索するときに、入力途中でカクカク動くため、入力しにくい。テーブル切替時の動作が遅く、一旦固まる。スマートフォンでも使えるようにしてほしい。

電話着信をしたときに、顧客の情報がすぐに確認でき、情報を更新したりも簡単にできるところが優れています。Fullfreeを利用したら、無しの状態での仕事は考えられなくなってしまいました。

Cons:

スマートホンでも連携できるようなシステムがあると今より更に便利になると思います。外出時にも転送したり、もっと幅広く利用ができそうです。
