  • Pros

  • They are able to do all that we needed and much more; but without being complex. User friendly, amazing customer support, and truly an asset to ANY company.
  • The different functions of Funnelmaker are easy and user friendly. Used the event set up for the first time and it was easy to navigate.
  • Cons

  • There are so many features it's hard to master them all. Some we use infrequently.
  • I have configured many business systems in the past, and had to pull away from FunnelMaker for fear I would need to assign a full-time employee to manage new user configuration and training.

  • Pros

  • I like this app and was first introduced to it when I joined a technical support team. It is fast and reliable and has a nice interface which is easy to navigate.
  • I liked it because it has this great feature of integration with other software like google drive.
  • Cons

  • When te connection is down, the messages stay grey and after some minutes, they fail, so sometimes the internet connection come back and those failed messages are sent after the previous ones.
  • The only thing that I dislike is that I can easily get distracted by the notifications.
