We have found that the flexibility throughout the system is better than we have ever seen before and the integration and system updates are flawless.

It's early days as we have only just been set up on this system, but I really like the look of it and it seems user friendly, which is what we wanted.

The ticketing system is excellent and the integration allows you to track your emails via the ticket reference to keep a record of all contact for each ticket.

The online chat has been a great help during the first few weeks of use as team members can proactively sort issues they have come across.

Literally everything up until now has been outstanding. The implementation phase was quick and easy and allowed us to hit the ground running.

Probably OK if you don't want to integrate with anything else and you have time and knowledge to filter out unneccesesary stuff and build your own dashboards.

In terms of synchronisation this is great as everything is in one place including all email correspondence with the contact.

GV is a great product and costs much less than its competitors. The service we receive is excellent and the webinars are very worthwhile.

If you use all Zendesk Suite, Chat it's a great add-on, and it's cost per agent it is fair enough when compared to all the metrics you can gather.

ZenDesk is cost effective and easy to implement. The macros features are powerful, and allow for a lot of ease of use in the system.

We never had support on issues, lost clients, lost statistics, etc. But when payment is due, then they sent many emails.

Their Email Platform Connect is the worst on the market.

Big array of features which can help companies in different situations. Useful feature of having different languages in the system, which helps a lot with international clients.

Over my experience was nice. Customer service was responsive and the product is well on its way to be the best in the market.

It's a great tool for Customer Care and the conexion with Facebook and Twitter allows for a complete ownership of the customer care attention.
