  • Pros

  • Google Contacts works great for our business to store all of our clients contact information. We use G Suite for email so all contacts are easily accessible.
  • Back-up is simple to upload and retrieve. This ensures that you never lose another business contact, and you can remain in contact providing good customer service.
  • Cons

  • You can't also edit (at least) the name and surname of your contact, so you lost context when you have to change to another page.
  • All of this reasoning is why I have not much to report on the negative front in regards to this particular software.

  • Its feature set is quite good with good technical ability to answer questions.
  • Pricing is great and scales very well as of right now being a solo developer and also looks great when looking to scale to a few more agents.
  • Cons

  • I scrapped the entire concept of mobile agents down to the shockingly bad Live Agent Phone apps.
  • Poor statistics and reporting functionality. No grading of rights making it difficult to distribute partial admin rights.
