Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Affordable, lots of features, great customer service

  • Once a workflow or drip system is set up, it works wonderfully and saves so much time. The contact records are convenient and easy to access and search through. The customer service team is amazing!

  • Cons

  • The website templates a bit dated and clunky but that can be taken care of with custom coding and options. The power of all the other tools truly makes this easy to overlook.

  • It can be a bit overwhelming at first. However after I learned what applied to me and what didnt, it became much simpler.

  • Pros

  • Fantastic customer service. Great layout. Very intuitive.

  • Love this product! You can get on the dashboard and see who opens your e-mails! I have recommended this to others.

  • Cons

  • What there are several functions that require some training (tutorials) is not annoying, just that it takes a little time

  • Their email creation tool is great, however, it can't import custom fonts to help keep messages aligned with branding.
