Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Good product. Lots of features. They are always making it better. Support is really great.

  • Affordable, lots of features, great customer service

  • Cons

  • Older design could be a little clunky but new version is just out and seems to have fixed these issues!

  • some bugs once in awhile, but customer svc has helped us figure them out; import contacts page freezes quite a bit or takes long to load

  • Pros

  • I LOVE the simplicity but more than anything, the ability to customize it for my business. Oh yeah, and the price? SO AWESOME!!!

  • Easy to use, quick to implement, lots of learning help

  • Cons

  • At present (May 2018) cannot add recurring tasks. The email within the app is a great feature, but forwarding received emails to the app is not ideal

  • It does what it needs to, but the UI is a bit dated and could be more modern. But, it does what it sets out to do.
