  • Great support and customer service, including awesome inbuilt help features.
  • GreenRope gives you the ability to apply that understanding into your CRM to maximize your growth.
  • Cons

  • HATE how you have to click OK after you update each piece of the company.
  • Nothing, I am new to GR so alot of my problems are more about me being new to it, than anything wrong with the software.

  • Simple to use, intuitive, minimal training required for new users, good support when required (not often!).
  • Its ease of use and practicality. Mobile access is very easy.
  • Cons

  • Views and inability to link into standard forms to autofill etc. All the extra features are costly.
  • An auto-save function would be helpful. Emails sent from RSS seem to get stuck in companies' spam filters sometimes.
