Nothing, I am new to GR so alot of my problems are more about me being new to it, than anything wrong with the software.

No direct API as of yet between Greenrope software and my ticketing platform (not TM or Pac), though they do have APIs with other providers.

What I love most about this software is that it has a lot of information stored in it and it is extremely easy to use.

First of all, I am a huge fan of Greenrope's chat feature. The team is always very helpful and patient to help resolve any issues you face.

It replaced the horrible infusionsoft product and its terrible customer service.

Customer service is outstanding and they respond quickly. If not for the support team i would probably shop around for another system.

Sometimes the character indicator is wrong...it indicates a minimum or maximum account but then it doesn't recognize it and gives an error. Not a huge problem but it is an issue sometimes.

A little unintuitive in terms of the operation. Still is a little difficult to extract detailed member management information for sales people.

The email templates and tracking capabilities are the features that I have used and like most. Its great to be able to quickly see who has responded and what they responded to.

My team appreciates operating from one dashboard and the reduction in manual processes (and follow up from me:) around day to day customer service and project management.

The only complaint I have is when updates are made to the UI and there is no notice, so I click on buttons that did not previously exist.

Lots of functionality, but little difficult to navigate.

Scheduling and notation are essential and it's nice to have both capabilities within one resource. It's also great that it communicates with other software.

Reminders are great and easy to use helping to keep you on track for following up with customers.

Technology is behind the times, reporting is a nightmare for customization, and the customer service is awful. We've been with Velocify for almost three years, and they still don't know what we do.

I absolutely love this program, it is so easy to navigate and I love that I can customize my options.

It has increased the teams outreach efficiency by about 80%  compared to last and other system options, went from 13 clicks to 3. Customer service is mostly responsive.

I like the ease of use and the analytics. I also like seeing what my Agents are doing and not doing, along with all the info necessary to correct.

It may not be in the top 10, but it's worth a look.

Information on who to contact is at your fingertips. The pictures of animals and people when you log in are cute.

I like the call back calendar the best. The interface to use it is not clunky like other CRMs.

Nurture program and the ability to text from the platform is great. The ability to have it continually contact candidates automatically is invaluable.

The inability to back up after a mistake has been made. I believe this is in part because of the way the program is setup at my workplace.

Velocify is okay to use. There are some functionality limitations if you want to use it as a CRM.
