I love that I can check if or when did prospects read my emails. Also it is helpful to know how many times they opened my emails.

Great outreach management tool, especially for companies not using one.

It is very intuitive, and there is great customer support. I love using Groove to maximize my productivity.

The hovering over email addresses can be annoying at times if it takes awhile to update the record or if you accidentally hover over someone else's email address.

It can be difficult to integrate new teammates into this software.

The simplicity of this product is outstanding. It helps in tracking the open rate and response rate of emails.

Their Support team is great and our CSM is very responsive at answering questions. The Flows are also very practical so that makes day to day outreach easier.

I like the ease of use, its very intuitive and helpful to have the on line for quick questions.

I have had a great overall experience with Groove. Their customer service is impeccable and my user base enjoys the program.

Sometimes the admin features can be a little weird- it can be difficult to login as another user if you are trying to diagnose a problem since groove tries to login through gmail.

The ease of use, great UI, and thorough analytics make this tool everything it needs to be. Integration with SalesForce is awesome and reliable.

Being able to send to salesforce is a plus. Solid value for the price point.

The ease of use to send quantity number of emails while keeping them feeling quality is important.

It seamlessly integrates into Gmail and Salesforce and offers a lot of easy to use tools for daily work. Especially the Groove Dialer with its integrated logging tool is awesome.

I love so many things about this software. One of my favorite things is the calendar link that I can include in my email so that my customers can book time on my calendar at anytime.

I think this is more of an organization issue, but our pre-defined templates are a mess.

The amount od music in it, the easy of setup and claryti also the ability to play on other devices that is something useful.

We love the ability to integrate Salesforce into Gmail as well as  provide our service team members with tools to make their lives easier when it comes to communicating with our clients.

Groove Flow is the best automation tool that our company has used - it is intuitive with a friendly UI and strong integration with SalesForce.

It was a very positive experience with Groove and I would highly recommend the product as a communication tool.

I love the integrates and how I can work very efficient.

Customer support is very helpful, and it's been a great tool at work.

Most Expensive Worst Experience You Will Ever Have.

IT is sometimes hard to organize and sort files.

This is a sales persons greatest tool. In addition you can create custom objects to enable the support team to better work cases.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud is great and only getting better.

It's is very costly as compared to others I  the market.

I really enjoy the interface  it is easy to use and has a lot of features that aid you in finding the help you need. It also helps out business in more than one ways.

Documentation is poor and almost always not descriptive enough and outdated. The system itself is very buggy.

Good enterprise solution but lots of customization.

Got duped by salesforce salespeople into thinking this is cutting edge technology.

Not only do you pay a PREMIUM price for Marketing Cloud, but you'll also end up spending more time than you should trying to figure out this product.

The support and training from SF have been excellent.

I like that Send Time Optimization was included, this was extra with the previous e-mail marketing product we used.

This product poses itself as top of class, but that's only in pricing.

Also opening a ticket with customer support is a pain, especially if you don't have a Salesforce login (I've tried both with and without.).

I love Journey Builder and its native connections to Salesforce. Dynamic capabilities are extremely robust.

You get the benefit of an easy to use email platform, and the ability to automate workflows to enhance the personation of your customers.

Salesforce is good, but HubSpot is a better CRM.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud was easy to use and easy to teach people how to use. It was a cost effective product.

Like all of Salesforce's products, their marketing cloud is an extremely powerful tool with lots of customizable capability and robust features.

Can be a lag between menus/options however nothing big. No real big complaints on our end any issues are rep is there to meet our needs.

We have a Sales cloud integration which does not work well with Marketing cloud.

Also, even though it's the same company, the integration between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is complex and just basically terrible. Cloud Pages Smart Capture forms are useless.

The user interface is horrible therefore it is not easy to navigate through the application.

Salesforce helps my salesman keep the group on the same page. Chatter works great and you can put reports on it that everyone can see.

Encourages cross-team communications. Great support from the vendor, and strong community of users and third-party integrators.

Maybe it's a little difficult to learn at first, but the learning phase is quite fast and you end up knowing it very quickly.

If you pay the money, you can make salesforce into an amazing wonderful tool for your business. It's capabilities and customizations can really make your business run smoothly.

It's one of the most popular CRM, so most people are familiar with it. As such, it integrates with several other software tools out there.

Ampscript is required for many complex landing pages and emails. Difficult to use for a single user with no development background.

Easy to use (especially with Content Builder), lots of customization, allows me to send to Salesforce Reports/Lists.

Thats a problem because most Marketing Teams do not write code.

This system has a lot of advanced features which is really cool. It provides different integrations with other systems which is very useful.

Very useful for establishing end to end consumer journeys.
