Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It is very intuitive, and there is great customer support! I love using Groove to maximize my productivity!

  • I love so many things about this software. One of my favorite things is the calendar link that I can include in my email so that my customers can book time on my calendar at anytime.

  • Cons

  • It's awesome but they can improve on a couple of things. There are some buggy thing with edu emails logging into SFDC and some features are still lacking

  • I do not like how sometimes the system is down and all my most recent templates and favorite templates are no longer saved after restarting the software. But other than that I love it.

  • Pros

  • Getting to the contacts was great and adding notes. The dashboard was good, workable.

  • Follow-up coach is great, product is easy to use and CRM roll-over was a breeze.

  • Cons

  • The interface seemed a little difficult to learn at first and the set up was a little strenuous however it became the most used platform we've ever had

  • With all the new updates the only thing it seems to be missing is being able to dial from top producer.
