  • Pros

  • I LOVE the referral program as well, the commission is beautiful. It's not only user friendly but the customer service has always been top notch as well.
  • I have loved Honeybook since I first downloaded it...Customizing everything was easy and FUN. Any time i had questions customer service was super fast and nice...which makes everything easier.
  • I also was surprised with the outstanding customer service and the fast response I received. This basically handles everything that I need with my small business in one platform - which is amazing.
  • Cons

  • The only complaint I have is that you can’t access all the same features and do all the same things on the Honeybook app as you can on a computer.
  • I dislike that almost everything requires a fee. As an independent photographer it is difficult to pay money up front and would rather have a basic free plan to start.
  • Just that it’s missing an employee portal with scheduling employees as an option.

  • I am a big fan of paypal and the fact it gained trust within all major merchants. Would be good if it worked with amazon too.
  • I use PayPal for business, as a payment processor, and personal, for transactions and sending money. Their security is outstanding and the ease of use is very good.
  • It was overall really a good experience to use such a nice application which does what it promises.
  • Cons

  • I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.
  • It sucks, too many issues, too poor customer service, not enough accountability with the partnered apps and businesses such as eBay.
  • My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.
