Pros
- I love everything about HB and I love that they are always trying to improve and help in any way they can.
- The delightful user interface for myself and clients, the organization for projects, the seamless integration of Honeybook into your life, helpful and friendly customer service.
- Every piece of Honeybook helps me interact effectively with my clients, stay organized, and create a seamless, quality experience for each client.
Cons
- The only complaint I have is that you can’t access all the same features and do all the same things on the Honeybook app as you can on a computer.
- I dislike that almost everything requires a fee. As an independent photographer it is difficult to pay money up front and would rather have a basic free plan to start.
- Just that it’s missing an employee portal with scheduling employees as an option.
Pros
- This is a great little product that is simple to use and not overly expensive. The support team are friendly and very helpful.
- I'm very happy with it, the benefits are just immeasurable. If you are someone who expresses a message or communicates best face to face than an email or call then this is the tool you need.
- Finding a tool that I could integrate with hubspot was brilliant. The personalisation is superb due to the HubSpot Marketing Hub integration.
Cons
- It was a little frustrating trying to figure out how to do something with the program to later learn that was only available via the browser extension.
- Also I used it when there is confusion or a problem over time.
- Loom is older and has been around longer; however, if SendSpark continues to be this awesome, I'll cancel my Loom subscription.
