It is a little expensive and there have been a few growing pains with the constant upgrading and changing of the software. Financials were a challenge for me as a I am not an accountant/bookkeeper. The email replies to issues are often not helpful or successful. Usually need to schedule or make a phone call or the issue remains unsolved for weeks in waiting for replies, etc..

I also like the website booking widget, which makes it easy to accept direct bookings and display availability on our website.
