  • Pros

  • The easy navigation is my favorite part compared to some of the competitors I used before. Hands on help to learn how it works is a great feature too.
  • I love all the integrations and capabilities. Originally I got Hubspot to help with a chat bubble on my website.
  • Cons

  • I cancelled because my bill got higher monthly , and we used it less. They turned my service back on and charged my company for 3 months of service upfront as a cancellation fee.
  • It's an intimidating and scary as I don't want to mess anything up. The only other hiccup is merging contacts automatically is challenging.

  • Easy to setup and easy to understand on daily usage, the relations between grouping, help desk and catalog is superb.
  • What I like most about this software is its simplicity. However, it's robust at the same time.
  • Cons

  • Requests are difficult to find via search functionality. Search often returns irrelevant results.
  • The reports that can be generated with the system are impractical and visually poor.
