Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Love this product! You can get on the dashboard and see who opens your e-mails! I have recommended this to others.

  • Great bang for its buck. Easy to use and teach others.

  • Cons

  • What there are several functions that require some training (tutorials) is not annoying, just that it takes a little time

  • Their email creation tool is great, however, it can't import custom fonts to help keep messages aligned with branding.

  • Pros

  • I love that its user friendly and hold you accountable.

  • I love everything about this program. I get most of my business from here, its very easy to use and makes me look professional.

  • Cons

  • issues with migration, but overall been outstanding. Need a better path to support. Everyone relying on eXp.

  • There is a steep learning curve but if you stay plugged in to all the available training it can be overcome.
