The integrated solutions. HubSpot can be easily integrated with so many other Apps and solutions that ease automation and help small bur savvy teams like ours to grow and optimize operations.

I like being able to look back at all past contact with a client and easily look up relevant contact details. The system is easy to use and offers a nice quick value in managing client relations.

Perhaps the greatest advantage from an administrative standpoint is the ability to automatically create tasks with workflows and see that they get done in a timely manner.

Like mentioned above I would enjoying seeing a simpler version of the tool that gives growing teams the tools they need. Something between the Sales Pro and the free sales tools.

All our sales pipelines are on Hubspot. It's really good because we can connect with Hubspot CRM and automate most of our process.

What really makes HubSpot standout is their community and excellent support. They are looking to help your business grow by creating excellent content and developing a true inbound community.

The Sales Hub is fantastic for early teams and startups.

I don't actually have a lot of negative things to say about this.

If you need extra functionality for marketing and service tasks you will need to pay additionally for other hubs.

The information it shares and being allowed to downloading with no cost is the most I like.

It's a great customer experience which is well worth the money if you can afford it.

Best Free Sales Tracking for Small Businesses.

No true inbox, unless you're using their service hub product, which we don't because we have intercom. Terrible integration with intercom, sad because we use both.

When I took on a role in sales I needed to learn about the new software, I was happy I learned quickly and was able to navigate easily through the different features.

Ease of use, integration with setting up appoints, integration with my daily calendar, emailing sales prospects.

I have saved substantial time, money & resources by using HubSpot Sales Hub. It works seamlessly with marketing hub and automation.

Multiple pricing tiers, including free. Great for experienced and new salespeople, as well as marketers.

It has a great integration with Intercom which is the program that we use to do our customer support and answer customers questions.

If you're missing a contact for a company, things can get messy. They also do a lot of updates which causes the site to crash a lot.

The simplicity for the end-user and great integration with the marketing data.

This software is full of great ideas and teaching that can be very important for marketing and how to promote the products we are trying to sell.

My favorite is the Project Control screen. From there, our project managers can drill down and get all the information they need in one quick and easy place.

Support has been very good to us. I would definitely recommend the person that is the main administrator of the program to attend at least one if not more of the Jonas conferences.

Jonas is a very powerful program. It is able to perform all accounting functions you would want it to and is very customization to your needs.

Jonas is an all encompassing financial/costing system. With total integration of each module, there is very little that can go wrong.

Inability to access some fields for custom reports. Some built in reports are poorly implemented.

As a person that deals with outside customers, it's ridiculous not to  be able to see what is in my pickable warehouse at the first glance. The cost of an item isn't connected to the PO.

We paid for add on modules that were never installed or followed up on, the training was inadequate, and the support was horrible.

The product is easy to use and support is always able to help out when necessary as well as the trainers involved with each system. Integration with our existing business processes has been easy.

This is a great all-in-one software for our industry.

PO system does not work like they told us it does. We can't put in a full invoice number from our vendors because of the character limit.

Many ideas are suggested and then implemented within a year (if they are truly useful). The customer support is always there and everyone does their best to rectify any issues.

Easy to review all quotes and confirmed business for accounts. Easy to navigate through, searching for information is somewhat easy.

Great flexibility once you learn how to use it.

I found it difficult to determine which reports would produce the information I was seeking. With time I have learned which reports and options provide the information I need.

We also have improved data entry with payroll due to upload capability from Field Time and eMobile.

It isn't the most effective user friendly software, but at the same time it definitely is not the worse; It is worth giving this software a shot. The more you use it, the easier and better it is.

Job costing module, especially for gross profit analysis. This is very robust module, and works amazing to analyze on a company basis  or at a job level basis.

We offer an executive dashboard that enables managers, owners or other senior executives to quickly view customer's performance, supplier obligations, department profitability, and more. Organizations can also use payroll direct deposit feature to ensure all the employees are paid on time. Users create a file through Jonas Enterprise Construction Software and upload it to their preferred bank. The bank then automatically transfers the money to the specified employee's bank account.

Some of the applications include project management, service management, and customer management, which are all fully integrated with accounting for a comprehensive solution. On the service end, it has full dispatching and web-enabled mobile capability as well as a customer-facing portal.
