Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It has made my reporting well ok. Documenting my daily task for my team to track work done so far on leads. It also serve as reminder on what to do. This product is Fantastic!

  • It helps me with my inbound marketing, SEO, CRM and many other needs. The vendor is great and customer service is incredibly responsive and helpful.

  • Cons

  • The app for mobile use could use a much needed over-haul. If they fixed the few issues with the App, we would give it 5 stars

  • Hubspot does really have a lot of good features and is the best software out there, but the price is really expensive. Sometimes we consider moving away from it just to lower some of our costs.

  • Pros

  • Great price and support. Easy to understand and use.

  • Easy to customise to suit our needs and the support is fantastic and prompt

  • Cons

  • Its very manual and doesn't really let you sort with your own parameters/create your own invoice numbers. I think that the search option could be made easier.

  • The only real negative that I can think of is that you are unable to block holidays off to prevent inadvertently making appointments.
