About hybrid.chat

Hybrid.Chat is a cloud-based live chat solution that allows users to build chatbots. The solution provides templates for chatbots with a range of purposes, such as lead capture, hotel booking and appointment booking.

The chatbots can be created using pre-built templates which can then be connected to a variety of messengers. Hybrid.Chat supports integrations with services such as Slack, MatterMost, HipChat, Telegram, WhatsApp and WeChat.

Hybrid.Chat automates conversations by routing chats to suitable departments. The solution offers multiple in-chat widgets, and users can monitor chat logs and automate answers for frequently asked questions. Chatbots with pre-built natural language processing can assist in routing questions to appropriate staff members. Additionally, Hybrid.Chat lets users create common channels through which anyone on the team can take up the chat with customers.

Hybrid.Chat offers services on a monthly subscription basis and support is provided via live chat, email and over the phone.

Extremely happy with this product

1. I was able to crank up leads from my website with the same amount of traffic with this Live Chat software.

2. Automating conversations is easy. You just edit an online spreadsheet and it is converted into a chatbot.

3. The chatbot can send SMS, create call conferences, which we can use to connect with agents that are out there in the field.

4. The chats come into our Official Slack, which helps my entire team (you can select who to invite) engage with the leads.

1. The UI can be improved upon. I found the documentation a little confusing, but the support team helped me navigate through it.
