Inception CRM Pricing

A one-time implementation fee covers all required customization, data loading, application configuration and settings, and end-user training. The monthly service fees cover user licenses and suppport services from D3S. Pricing is typically per user, with rates adjusted according to the number of features a company uses. Flat rate payment options are also possible, according to customer needs. D3S offers different billing options and lets companies choose the payment structure that works best for them. On the hunt for a CRM.

Inception CRM provides a real-time "helicopter view" of your salesforce activities in the market, and/or a micro-analysis of a specific activity where and when needed.

PROS

Features are aligned with the company's expectations. Above all, the people behind this software understand the complexities of the pharma market and they quickly adapt to the ever-changing environment.

CONS

Hard to say as I cannot recall encountering any important drawback.

The best CRM for pharma and medical devices sales

One of the standout qualities of Inception CRM that I deeply appreciate is its intuitiveness and ease of use, which is crucial for our fast-paced work environment. The platform is designed with a clear, user-friendly interface, making it accessible for all members of our team regardless of their tech proficiency. Inception CRM is robust, featuring modules that are specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of our medical devices industry—particularly the Tasks, Warehouse and Orders modules. These modules streamline our operations by integrating essential functions that manage inventory and track orders in real-time, directly impacting our efficiency and ability to serve our clients promptly. Another feature that significantly enhances our operational capability is the Inception CRM’s Planner. It's a very well implemented tool for our sales representatives, providing them with the necessary resources to organize their daily activities, follow up on leads, and manage customer interactions with ease. The reporting capabilities of Inception CRM deserve special mention. The reports are not only detailed but also offer advanced feedback that helps us understand the dynamics of our entire company’s teamwork. These insights are invaluable as they inform our strategic decisions and highlight areas where we can improve processes or capitalize on strengths. Lastly, the implementation process of Inception CRM was seamless, thanks to their proficient IT and support team. The team was incredibly supportive and proactive in ensuring that the CRM integrated smoothly with our existing data and systems. Their ongoing openness to help and address any of our concerns post-implementation has made a significant difference, allowing us to make the most out of this powerful tool. CONS

In the first few days, some of Inception CRM's more advanced features may not be fully intuitive to new and non-technical users. Although our entire team learned how to use the system very quickly, some needed a little more time to do so.

it does the job of call recording adequately.

Customer search and filter options poor; how to add new customers?

CRM implementation

PROS

The software is easy to use and easy to understand. easy to find sales data. Comprehensive system for evaluating work efficiency. The most important function in the product is the evaluation of sales and visits. The economic components of the software such as the calculation and the logbook are also important, it is well processed.

CONS

When the software is mastered, it can be overlooked. It is sometimes slower due to the volume of data processed. If it would be possible to link sales to the doctor's location, I would welcome such a possibility.

Thank you so much for this review! It is definitely possible to link pharmacy sales to prescribers in Inception CRM. If you know the pharmacy where a prescriber's patients are typically filling their prescriptions, you can link them together easily using the "Linked Pharmacy/Doctor" function (on Windows) or "Relations" function (on iOS/iPadOS/Android). Once you do that, you'll be able to see the source of your prescription sales in the sales reports. Please get in touch with your account manager to make sure this feature has been enabled for you -- if not, our team will be glad to set it up for you and show you how it works. Your account manager will also be glad to coordinate with your IT support to make sure there are no device issues affecting the speed and performance of data processing when you're working with larger data volumes.
