Documentation management is also very strong. Good merge field integration.

One time fee with no maintenance costs, bugs are fixed free. Ability to create custom modules.

The note taking system for each customer and company is such a blessing. Since our farm uses complex systems like customer supported agriculture I can keep tabs on how much they have left to spend.

This software is very intuitive and it perfectly does what I expected. The user interface is more friendly than other platforms, enhancing my experience with it.

Input of information was a breeze to get started as they have a great mapping feature. The fact everything gets into a customer file with no redundancy.

The ability to integrate the incoming phones calls  through Infoflo talk is an excellent tool to record all customer contact records.

It was one of the most time exhausting experiences that ended up in me losing money for a piece of software that we do not use.

The downside of Infoflo software is that you have to be proficient at. Maintaining and trouble shooting computer issues.

It has all the basics that i need at a very affordable price. Great response from their team on my questions and like that i own it for life vs a monthly cloud based crm.

While this software appears to be good on the surface, it does not perform as advertised.

Occasionally get an error message. But I just restart the software.

There is no way for multiple users to enter data consistently (such as pull down menus with option to select client industry so data gets entered however a user chooses.

Integrates seamless with Microsoft Office, Ease of use and the ability to get running right out of the box. Great product for small to midsize businesses.

From the start, you are told that any time a technician has to connect remotely to your computer, you will be charged by the hour.

The import of my LinkedIn contact list was easy and intuitive.

Like a lot of new launchs  we had some questions their support has been great scheduling when it convenient for us to make sure all is working.

Integration with Outlook and Gmail is very useful feature. You can easily connect your contacts with emails and tasks (opportunities and sales).

Sometimes jobs are listed even though they are no longer available.

Snagajob does the exact same thing without the social media presence and yet I can navigate everything on their site compared to LinkedIn I can barely do it so this is a worse version of Snagajob.
