Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.

When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.

Once trained the product/software is easy to use and provides a great follow up service to our customers plus peace of mind for the user.

The integrations make it easy to work with no matter which ecosystem you might be in.

Also love that you can link contacts to each other and to tasks and calendar items. Love that it syncs with Google, gmail and contacts.

That I can't see reports as a user...or graphs. I don't like that there is no chat with other users feature.

Ease of use and simplicity are the key words here  inexpensive and fairly intuitive, overall good Value for Money.

It is a very streamlines software. I like the fact that it is fast and you can place your tasks.

These folks are so nice and so helpful. Fast to reply and open to suggestions.

The cost is amazing and I have tried many other CRM's before choosing LACRM.

It is simple to use, with good training if you need it.

They also provide straight-forward integration with common third-party applications. I was surprised, especially given their low price point, by their awesome customer support.

I like this software because it is really easy to navigate and find my way around the software. It is extremely easy to use.

Being too busy to read/learn and make full use of all features is a shame.

I have not taken full advantage of the system yet but will continue to explore, update & use over the next few months. Tremendously impressed by the ease of bringing the data into the format.

No app integration...No business card reader app to upload a lead. No rewritten emails to send customers with just one click of a button.

No way to create mailings from contact list. This may be a deal killer for me.

The software is very reasonably priced. It is easy to learn and it is easy and affordable to have across your entire team if you want.

This program works great for keeping track of contacts. I love that it is all cloud based.

It is so great to be able to use it in our customer service and marketing efforts.

Any issue regarding functional capabilities are quickly resolved, and or, alternate solutions where feasible are offered.

It has all the basics you'd need and some good integrations to help bolster productivity.

You have to be diligent with entering information if you miss it it will not work well and you will not get the results that you want.

After playing around with the free trial I recognized what a fantastic tool it was. The ability to link tasks and appointments to contacts and customize pipelines revitalized my workflow.

I love that you can integrate data and it's very simple to do so. It's very functional and easy to use.

The price is perfect for us since only a few of us have to use the system for it to greatly benefit our organization.

Been  a user for 2 years now and we are very happy with it. It works well on any device or browser and has the ability for quick searches with a fast refresh rate.

There are many features I use to benefit my clients but, top of my favroites list is something for myself -- I enjoy their superb customer service.

It's relatively easy to use for starters however, advanced features are also available for those who like to tinker.

Sometimes running a specific report can be cumbersome. At this moment I can't describe the instance that I had a problem with.

Once I figured out how to navigate the ease of navigation and categorizing clients is the best.

LACRM is pretty user friendly, and the Q & A section is awesome and great when getting started.

Customer service and training are superb. If we want to do something, we call and they show us how to do it.

I just get the feeling they are out there hustling just like I am and treating me with customer care and modeling service as I try to do the same with my leads.

If you don't spell the first and last name correctly or miss a letter, the information will not come up.

Functionality is good, and very reasonably priced overall.
