Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.

When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.

I removed it from my computer and my productivity has increased. The only problem is that I use the alias sales@ to save all emails and that is a bit of a pain.

It's amazing to save a documents in more places than one and find that all of my records are archived due to LinkPoint.

LinkPoint Connect works great for our organization. Being able to choose templates you've already saved in Salesforce is great.

I have been using this for about 5 years now. If it didnt go patchy, its a great solution and easy to use and does help with sales efficiency in logging to our CRM.

Their customer chat support is awesome and responsive.

Great service and quick to respond. Not excited about the recent price jump, but it is the best product out there we've seen to work with our custom salesforce product.

The amount of Salesforce API calls that it makes is outrageous. LinkPoint has been making nearly 100,000 Salesforce API Calls within a week.

You can specific where it should be saved (i.e. the Account, Opportunity, Quote, etc.).

Linkpoint 360 has some good features in the Outlook integration with Salesforce.

The ease of linking CVs to candidate records in Job Science was awesome. We really like how quickly it was able to do this and saved us lots of time on data entry.

Ease of use and how LInkPoint uses the email address to identify all opportunities for that contact. If I don't have a contact in SF, I can easily add from LinkPoint.

The support team is great and is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I may have. I do however wish LinkPoint was available on Macs and mobile devices.

The best part is that the time spent to do this was minimal because Linkpoint integrates so well with Salesforce.

Great tool to link Outlook with Salesforce. Could be more user-friendly but support is super devoted and quick.

We use it as an add-on to Salesforce. My major complaint with LinkPoint is how it interacts with Outlook.

We love the Smart Record option, but also helpful to have the ability to tailor the approach for an individual email when necessary.

Overall easy to use; but more functionality would be helpful.

Sometimes has annoying pop up that we have to click allow.

I've called support twice and both times very responsive and solved my issue within the same business day (and they were really user issues, not software issues). Great service for the price point.
