Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.

When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.

Some errors (it is possible to fix them but sometimes it appears some errors when uploading the properties for example.).

These apps are optional, and you pay extra for them, but we are glad we found them.

I found it difficult to use, some overbooking, not answering very quick.

The best part of this channel manager is the function that allows you to import the properties from Airbnb. It really saves you a lot of time.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. This has to be the worst channel manger software ever.

Now the system is fantastic and integrates seamlessly with our current booking software.

She was readily available for questions and was a large part of how successful the integration was.

Rentals United its easy to use, and its a perfect option to easily connect to big listing sites and niche ones. I use for more than 2 years and i never had an overbooking problem.

It is easy to use and provides a good summary of data on the most important aspects of rental accommodation booking in a well summarised format.

As a new user just transitioning into using Rentals United over the last few months, the customer service was excellent.

Great improvement in customer service since commencement almost 2 years ago.

There was no negative comments , but as said it is one of many apps you can find , copy paste from some other app.

I liked that Rentals United takes care of all the management of Channel Integration APIs on my behalf so all I need to do is sync properties to RU, and it will handle all the channels on my behalf.

You can connect to a lot of channels it gives a page for direct reservation but it is difficult to use interface and all, they didn’t answer very quick and I had some troubles with overbooking.

Great experience with Rentals United - good communication and I find them particularly open to suggestions.
