Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Insightly was very easy to use and had a number of great features. The UI was very practical and easy on the eye..

  • Easy to use, the free version is pretty robust, and there is no “click here to upgrade” clickbait. The iphone and iPad app is really good even on the free version.

  • Cons

  • i really dont have a dislike except for the pricing- but it accomplishes what i need it for

  • It's useful but overall we found it wasn't "easy" enough to use and it wasn't adopted consistently among everyone in our Company.

  • Pros

  • What i like the most is that it does everything automatically and that they are good at keeping us in sync with our PM system. Overall we are satisfied with their program.

  • I like the ease of using the software and the avoidance of double bookings

  • Cons

  • Sometimes customer support can be a little slow, but they always get back to you and there is a self service help desk which is great too.

  • It is good software, just the smaller rental sales sites that they allow you to connect to are not good marketing channels for smaller companies like us.
