  • Pros

  • Had all the Crm and database features you could want. Good training and onboarding process and good pricing.
  • Selected this software for a client and they love it. The dashboard is appealing and contact management is quite easy to navigate.
  • Cons

  • The email system is really poor with no hard integration just a forwarding system that doesn't really cut the mustard.
  • If you have a problem with Insightly, it will likely not be fixed.

  • With SysAid, we like the AD integration, Asset Inventory and cost.
  • Superior, Best, easy to use, the better, like no other.
  • Cons

  • The main disadvantage is the insane price, because of which the product is simply not available to small teams.
  • But the problem comes when get tons of unneeded email. For example, I will close out a ticket (and get a message that the ticket is closed).
