The email system is really poor with no hard integration just a forwarding system that doesn't really cut the mustard.

If you have a problem with Insightly, it will likely not be fixed.

I love the app version, and I am able to connect Insightly with other apps. It offers great value for the product, and customer support is good, and responsive.

The software graphics were somewhat childish initially, but they have updated the graphics over time.

We are still in the trial process, I couldn't find much things to dislike. Maybe pricing should be more flexible in terms of the needed features.

Had all the Crm and database features you could want. Good training and onboarding process and good pricing.

The lack of customer service is what lost them the sale.

Selected this software for a client and they love it. The dashboard is appealing and contact management is quite easy to navigate.

In short I would say all these features are good enough to maintain my workflow in a very stunning way.

How can you call yourself Customer Relationship Management if you can not manage email communication. Finally, beware the have a no refund policy.

You need to watch it first their tutorial if beginner because you might confuse while using it.

The drag and drop functionality seems a little more difficult than say other similar drag and drop functions like Tableau.

It was functional after frustration because of lack of support.

It is quite pricey for the intended market and the lack of office integration is a no no.

I like how easy it is to integrate Insightly with other software that I use, like Google Apps. This makes messaging easy.

It was easy to use and setup. I like that it was integrated with G Suites, which is how I found out about it in the first place.

So i got charged instantly with even having a trial which seems a very odd way to go about things in my opinion.

We've noticed that it does not automatically refresh notes entered which may just be a first world problem but is frustrating when working on a team.

To make it worse, Insightly has very weak customer service. You don't hear back from them for 24 hours and even then they use a help service that is full of noise and hard to follow.

In general I really like Insightly and would consider buying it, it is very easy to use and the customisation is amazing.

It has allowed us to successfully  engage  our working relationships with the clients in a more reliable way. I have also been performing project management tasks with this tool.

I liked that it was easy to search for our clients, but that was less easy after they did the big overhaul of the software.

Easily the most difficult aspect of the software is the inability to change certain core features. Specifically, the inability to add more than one email address (e.g., add a secondary).

Customer support staff of this platform is helpful enough to make all my queries worthy enough to be solved at the moment.

My experience with top producer has been absolutely wonderful.

You can get the name and contact info. No addresses, no notes, no list of items sent to a particular client.

You will have to purchase additional subscriptions they do not disclose. IDX is very crappy and unprofessional, unless you purchase from 3rd party and install on your site.

I find it is not the easiest tool to organize unless I am on it everyday. I have no time to do that.

The experience with Top Producer is good, the customer support is polite and helpful.

It can be awkward, and we used to use the flyer-maker feature but I found it to be a little slow and clunky.

It seems glitchy and difficult to use on a mobile platform.

The Top Producer system will create more headache and stress in your life when you are trying to do the opposite. Then they stick it to you with a cancel fee of 5 months service upfront to cancel.

If their software doesn't integrate with other software it is a pain.

Furthermore, when I got fed up with this lousy system and the lousy customer service, I tried to cancel. Oh, you can't cancel unless you pay us our ridiculous monthly fee for 5 months.

The contacts are easy to import and easy to set up in the Top Producer X web version. I enjoy seeing my email conversations within the contacts.

It's a total scam, they can trick you into wasting your time and money, then when you had enough and want to cancel they refuse to cancel your billing.

Everything from customer service to, terrible terms of contracts.

The email design for the market snapshots was terrible and I could never get them to format correctly.

Top Producer is a great CRM/Transaction Management tool for agents and brokers growing their business.

I love Top Producer and plan to continue to use it. They also have great, supportive training.

The lost of email history and google sync when the Google password is changed.

Its behind the times, and difficult for end users that, especially if they are not very tech savvy, to use and operate. Deals and clients seem to get lost in the mist, its hard to know what way is up.

The calendar and transaction reminders are fantastic. And , what a great feature Google Sync is.

A great program for the price and really provides a lot of helpful features.

I love it and will continue to use for many many years to come. So user friendly that anyone can use it.

The customer service is superb and they are very patient. If you are considering this software, look no further, totally worth your investment.

I like that it has many features - statistics, built-in feature sheets or the ability to design your own, and it keeps contact lists.

Integration with my outside website was pretty easy.

It is a good addition to my normal work environment, using  Win10 touchscreen laptop.

It is severely outdated. It is cumbersome, not easy to navigate, and just clunky.

I also like how easy it is to send an email to select contact types making it even easier to stay top of mind.

Some of the windows are a bit hard to figure out and follow.

But once you do it's easy and customer support has been great and always walks me through whatever issue I'm having. I like all the features and reports and how it connects with my gmail account.

I appreciate the ease of checking off tasks as they are completed. Entering information is also simple.

That's the biggest downfall. I use Chrome for everything so having to have another browser open is a little bit frustrating.

I have been using it for about 8 years and find it super easy and quick to use. They offer great training courses and are always happy to help me with any questions I have.

The cost of TP and the lack of updates and integrations have been disappointing over the years.

Invaluable in so manu functions to support an active Realtor. There is a learning curve for anyone starting to use it but your tech support team are fabulous.
