The email system is really poor with no hard integration just a forwarding system that doesn't really cut the mustard.

If you have a problem with Insightly, it will likely not be fixed.

I love the app version, and I am able to connect Insightly with other apps. It offers great value for the product, and customer support is good, and responsive.

The software graphics were somewhat childish initially, but they have updated the graphics over time.

We are still in the trial process, I couldn't find much things to dislike. Maybe pricing should be more flexible in terms of the needed features.

Had all the Crm and database features you could want. Good training and onboarding process and good pricing.

The lack of customer service is what lost them the sale.

Selected this software for a client and they love it. The dashboard is appealing and contact management is quite easy to navigate.

In short I would say all these features are good enough to maintain my workflow in a very stunning way.

How can you call yourself Customer Relationship Management if you can not manage email communication. Finally, beware the have a no refund policy.

You need to watch it first their tutorial if beginner because you might confuse while using it.

The drag and drop functionality seems a little more difficult than say other similar drag and drop functions like Tableau.

It was functional after frustration because of lack of support.

It is quite pricey for the intended market and the lack of office integration is a no no.

I like how easy it is to integrate Insightly with other software that I use, like Google Apps. This makes messaging easy.

It was easy to use and setup. I like that it was integrated with G Suites, which is how I found out about it in the first place.

So i got charged instantly with even having a trial which seems a very odd way to go about things in my opinion.

We've noticed that it does not automatically refresh notes entered which may just be a first world problem but is frustrating when working on a team.

To make it worse, Insightly has very weak customer service. You don't hear back from them for 24 hours and even then they use a help service that is full of noise and hard to follow.

In general I really like Insightly and would consider buying it, it is very easy to use and the customisation is amazing.

It has allowed us to successfully  engage  our working relationships with the clients in a more reliable way. I have also been performing project management tasks with this tool.

I liked that it was easy to search for our clients, but that was less easy after they did the big overhaul of the software.

Easily the most difficult aspect of the software is the inability to change certain core features. Specifically, the inability to add more than one email address (e.g., add a secondary).

Customer support staff of this platform is helpful enough to make all my queries worthy enough to be solved at the moment.

Support team, in particular, stand out as a team that provides star service whenever we need help, and I cannot praise them enough.

We have used that feature a lot to make the program our own. I also love the automated reporting so that I can send my reports to my superior by simply scheduling the action once.

Some times we have difficulties with the reports function. We found some troubles with planning tools and the synchronization with the software.

I really like the fact I can quickly filter data, so if I want to list all members and what activities they are interested in,  it's just a couple of clicks and I have what I need.

We increased our sales with the help of this software by tracking all the customer queries and filling them in a timely manner, so the software worth the investment.

Flexible, easy to track projects, intuitive. Excellent for exporters as can be used in multicurrency format.

Generally, as a business we are happy with the platform. The team at Workbooks are friendly and go the extra mile.

Runs very slowly at times, this makes for frustration on a busy support desk.

It is fully featured and has been a godsend for both GDPR compliance and integration and for developing marketing strategies.

There is very little that i dis-like about this software as any issues can be raised and put into development.

Overall it's very good, support is excellent and the team are very helpful.

Cumbersome API, few integrations, especially in the US, poor response times for US support, since they're in the UK.

The reporting side is always very helpful, and the support team always do there best to assist and help. I would recommend workbooks to anyone wanting a simple, yet effective CRM system.

Relative to the completion, it provides a lot of functionality at a very reasonable cost. The support is responsive and good too.

There are too many tabs and it's confusing. If I put in a part number, only a portion shows in the tab.

It has taken awhile for the installation and setup - meaning that we are unable to use workbooks yet, because of problems with the initial setup with workbooks.

Customer support has improved since we started to use workbooks as we can easily track previous calls. Also the ease of creating and scheduling emailed reports helps greatly.

Good customisation; easy to use; automatic email reports. Highly adaptable and benefit for continuous development.

A great time saver, particularly when it comes down to GDPR compliance and integration. Also, it has been useful in developing marketing strategies.

This software is very easy to use that is why I would definitely recommend it to  other companies to use it to.
