  • Pros

  • Invgate Service Desk manages complex processes in a very easy and nice to use way. The integration with Invgate Asset Management tool is amazing.
  • Easy to setup and easy to understand on daily usage, the relations between grouping, help desk and catalog is superb.
  • An excellent solution for incident management, easy to install, easy to configure and easy to use. It's very robust and its integration with InvGate Assets makes it one of a kind.
  • Cons

  • The reports that can be generated with the system are impractical and visually poor.
  • When printing out a lit of tickets for a user, the font is so small, it's hard to read.
  • It's still difficult to find some older request made by different users and collaborators.

  • I like that everything is so nicely sorted out. All issues are clearly visible, and the Wall-chart is amazing.
  • What i like most about SolarWinds RMM is the the integration of multiple software solutions in one location. Also the SSO to other RMM software like Backup is great.
  • SolarWinds has a great solutions and been happy with the support. They give generous discounts and allow very attractive solutions to provide more features and products to our clients.
  • Cons

  • Alert status is always green or red, there's no functionality to have a "low priority issue", so I have to treat every failed check as a possible emergency.
  • They refused my cancellation and have continued to bill. From their NetSuite: The cancellation has been submitted.
  • After losing one of my larger users, the flat rate platform fee made the overall cost a bit much for the remaining users.
