Ivinex is a great solution, simple, lightweight and customizable. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros I loved the ability to create personalized ticket views and reports for every user. Also, that you can decide how you want your layout to be, and move stuff around. You can also select different background images. The customization is awesome. Also, the ability to integrate Ivinex with other systems makes it perfect. #### Cons It can be a little slow if you don't know how to filter your views. If you deal with thousands of tickets and you need to filter, you need to do it correctly or it's going to take forever to load.
