I think it depends on the user. It was relatively affordable so good for someone who likes something that has the functions and that's relatively inexpensive.

Experience has been good especially for someone like me that is not tech savvy and not sure what is needed or even how to set up a crm.

It does not integrate with zipforms. No closing transaction piece.

Ref IDs are my biggest pet peeve, they don't always work and I've lost emails this way from clients. This leads to a bad consumer experience for everyone involved.

Like I stated before, I was happy about the switch to Salesforce Lightning, but it has turned out to be great. I like that my emails and Talkdesk are integrated into Salesforce as well.
