It works extremely fast and reliable. In particular, the customer support is outstanding, you get help at any time, new devices are taken over in no time by the JDisc team into the tool.

We don't have any time constraints and would not consider the small problems we had with setup an emergency by any means.

But that's only the first step. We use JDISC now to keep track of asset and network changes directly into i-doit CMDB.

The support is great though and will help you get it right. Enhancements and bugfixes are coming very quickly.

Sometimes we faced problems with the update to a new Version.

The updates were published in a very short timeframe and for that I truly appreciate their customer service and customer focus. JDisc It's easy to install and it has a powerful engine.

Which let you do everything from JDisc without installing anything on the systems themselves. The only drawback is the time you need to configure it and the mistakes you can make.

There is no need to customize JDisc for retrieving information, we do not need at a certail stage. But we have the posibility to.

At the end of the day JDISC is a real time-saver and watchguard over your networks changes in structure and configuration. I stopped looking at workplace systems.

The user interface is well designed, intuitive and very responsive. Data that has been gathered is in good shape and correct.

Support adds unknown SNMP devices within weeks when providing snmp-walks. With the available API and reports, JDisc fills a Configuration Management Database very well.

And we want to get automatically new devices into it. This tool saves nearly 1,5 personal ressource for mantaining the cmdb.

JDisc gets really good, accurate and reliable data; generally beyond what I have seen in other tools.

Environment discovery in perfect price/value relationship.

A GraphQL API offers a possibility to query data like other REST APIs. The software is continuously updated and brings beside of new features, minor fixes also more patterns for device identification.

Custom reports allow to export any information based on a rich criteria builder. Advanced users can query the underlying database directly as the database schema is available if wanted.

Beside frequently updates bringing not only bug-fixes but also a lot of support for many common and exotic hard- and software, the outstanding Support has to be mentioned.

The biggest obstacle for me is the mount of data entry and customization to make it flow for our company.

I bought the program 2+ years ago and still struggle just to open the program and load my data. I have a problems with it every few months.

Excellent value for the cost. Powerful - will do all that I need for marketing and sales, plus more.

It is SO busy that it is difficult to use the tab after tab function leaves lots of sub levels un informed.

The outlook integration is an excellent feature, and we can save all our correspondence to the data base. We send a newsletter to all our clients through  maximizer which is very easy to do.

It needs to be upgraded a little to have the updated look of a current software. The data from way back is hard to track.

I think this product is more suited for small to medium size businesses. They have been in the CRM business for 25+ years, they know their product well.

It is a nice software solution with typical contact management features. Add contacts, set follow-ups, track opportunities, send e-mails.

I have used it personally for 25 years. I saw them migrate to the cloud and enjoy using at home, office and from my phone.

I haven’t really use this software a lot so I can’t really say a lot of things that I dislike about the software.

It was one of the first CRMS I used, I found it very useful and not too hard to maintain.

Now they are trying to coral their customers into the cloud. What once was an iconic product is now  unstable  that will make you regret your purchase and  be on the look for a replacement.

Revenue doesn't accept a negative value making it impossible to use the reports.

It's such a complicated product that I had to pay a ridiculous amount of money to a special company that only works on Maximizer. The customer support is lousy.

It's been excellent, the customer service is great and the program is overall very easy to use.

So many features that it takes a while to master. Highly customizable and relatively easy to use for most users.

We ended up moving to a different CRM due to lack of integration with other apps and a partnership with a company that used a different CRM.

It knows the business, hands down the best product in the field. The feature set is amazing and you can track yours customer very easily.

Lack of integration with gmail and google calendar.

It will freeze up and boot me out so I have to sig back in. Not too sure if this may be a connection problem or a problem with the system itself.

No ability to search within calendar, cannot create recurring tasks, customer service is severely lacking.
