In addition to Karma being a solid solution from the start, their support and development staff have been remarkably responsive to our ideas and frequently add features based on customer feedback.

When I first startyed using it some features were a bit tricky to find for first time users.

The tagging component is perfect. I do a lot of registration for events through Wufoo and it links up great with it.

Karma was a pleasure to use. It had 2 critical features I wanted: 'Autosave' and 'Save with Followup.

I immediately imported my contacts to the site which was super easy. It was very easy to use and navigate.

We were strongly leaning toward karmaCRM and decided to go for it in the midst of explosive growth. KarmaCRM not only worked for, the support staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful.

It has email tracking, APIs, third party integrations, internal notifications, permissions, easy import and export – everything you expect in a modern CRM.

What I like best is the price and the fact that I can go anywhere and access my database of customers. I also like how easy it is to upload documents that correlate with my customers.

When a feature is broken, it NEVER gets fixed. They are always doing improvements and updates, but the original problems never get addressed.

I've been through some CRM implementations and transitions in the past, and complexity and a lack of customization are often major obstacles.

My team and I have been using Karma for almost two years. The product is very user friendly, affordable and has tremendously helped us scale up our sales and outreach process.

I would be flat on my back, should ever happen something disastrous to it... (which of course wouldn't, as it is cloud-based and you can have everything exported from it).

The Karma team have always been responsive to any inquiries we have had (via phone or email) and always open to feedback of ways to improve the product. Would highly recommend this product.

It is also user friendly, allowing you to download data when you need to but also customize your interface so you can see only the data points that you're interested in.

The integrated email feature is my favorite tool, it saves me time. I wish other CRM programs would utilize this feature without slowing down my PC.

Printable task list (which incl 'overdue' scheduled events). Great app, which lets me search for contacts, and with two taps dial directly.

Not only is KarmaCRM the best and easiest to use, their support team is beyond fantastic.

The one drawback is that it won't automatically code clicking boxes from Wufoo, only fill in the blanks and drop down menus. If they could figure out how to do that, I'd give it 5/5.

Overall it's ability to keep track of customers and pending invoices was a great benefit.

This was the best move for my company by far. The customer service is great.

They system picks random images and matches them with sentence fragments that make no sense. The tracking is extremely flawed and cannot be confirmed in any way.

It's been so Easy to use and customize to your liking and or  your businesses particular  needs and if any doubts the Thryv team is always available. Great platform and Set-up.

The support staff is outstanding and quick to help with anything I have encountered so far. They made my business work flow so much more smooth as far as new client tracking goes.

Overall I believe it is a great product for the price. I am thus far very happy with it.

The product is easy to use and I really enjoyed being able to use the calendar tracking. I also like the feature of setting up post in advance.

Overall, I'm very happy with Thryv. It helps me come across as more professional, and I like that there are options to scale as my business grows.

The integration with email reminders for customers is awesome... everything I was stressing about maintaining was brought to one nice package.

Absolutely worth the cost and the fact that it’s one of the few softwares that doesn’t require a 12 month contract, I do recommend it.

I think Thryv Sales sold me something and Thryv took NO action to get to know me as a person and gladly charged me every month for something that bought me NO Value.

It's embarrassing to be in front of a customer and for it to take more than 1 minute for the app to load, and sometimes it takes much longer than that.

This is an amazing software package that delivers all I was looking for in one place with easy user friendly connections.

They have a fantastic marketing companion called thryv leads which allocates your money with machine learning and advertisers online really effectively.

Unfortunately the customer service they provide to customers is very deceptive.

This is a scam and rip-off from their customers who decided to leave.

Have had a wonderful experience with Thryv this far. Very friendly support, gets the job done quickly, email and support answers are so timely.

Ability for clients to schedule their appointments is also great. Also the ability to manage social media within Thry is a big plus.

Overall I love this software and all of its abilities. This is like anything you will get out of it what ever you put into it.
