Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This is the most robust RMM out there, period. Their support is great and responsive. The depth of configuration and customization is unparalleled.

  • Tons of features. Price is where it needs to be. Has great capability.

  • Cons

  • The learning curve can be steep, and given that the tool is so robust, it can be overwhelming to lower level technicians. However, I think this is mitigated by the available training.

  • Functionality wise, I have no complaints. However, in terms of UX, it looks a little dated. Perhaps the interface navigation can be improved.

  • Pros

  • It is relatively easy to use. The support has been good so far.

  • Compared to my last company, this product is easy to use and I am reaching more people and it is working well for my business.

  • Cons

  • It feels a little bit dated in comparison to some other CRMs but for basic monthly email newsletters, one-off promotions and a database to store contacts, it's perfect and at the right price point.

  • The one thing that is bothersome is the "touchiness" of being locked out - but I totally get the reasoning
