  • Pros

  • It is very easy for technicians to use and provides a nice single pane of glass to see everything through. Kaseya has lots of options for you to add on to sell to your customers as well.
  • The powerful scripting agent has allowed for us to deploy software and patches quickly.
  • Cons

  • I can say no after sales customer service at all. No phone number can be contact for urgent issue.
  • Costly - But you get what you pay for. Menus - They are working to standardize the UI.

  • Quick, smart, and understandable Customer Support (lots of easy-access help and support on the site itself). The product is perfect for our company's needs.
  • It's immensely simple to use while still providing powerful analytics and customization. Vendor is cost-friendly and eager to help when needed.
  • Cons

  • The only complaint I have is when updates are made to the UI and there is no notice, so I click on buttons that did not previously exist.
  • The system does lack some simple daily admissions functions that are very common, such as a daily conversion reports, missed call tracking, inbound call tracking.
